Compressed-air operation
Operates using compressed air for smooth, quick elevation of the telescopic sections.
Our Telescopic Masts are designed for reliable elevation of antennas, sensors, cameras, and surveillance equipment in the toughest terrains. Built with lightweight yet durable materials, they provide quick deployment, ease of transport, and dependable stability in field operations.
From transport configuration to full elevation — a quick look at how the mast deploys in the field.
No winches, no cranking — air pressure raises the nested sections in sequence, so a single operator can put a payload on height in moments.
Operates using compressed air for smooth, quick elevation of the telescopic sections.
Lightweight, easy-to-carry design with rapid deployment capability — aluminium sections nest to 2.4 m for transport.
Ideal for mobile communication systems, field surveillance, and temporary command posts.
Standard configuration: 5.4 m pneumatic mast, 5 kg head load.
| Operation | Pneumatic (compressed air) |
|---|---|
| Erected height | 5.4 m ± 50 mm |
| Retracted height | 2.4 m ± 30 mm |
| Head load | 5 kg |
| Tube sections | Ø 88 / Ø 76 / Ø 64 mm |
| Tube & machined parts | Aluminium 6063-T6 |
| Base plate | MS, 300 × 300 × 8 mm, 4 × Ø17 mm mounting holes |
| Vehicle mounting bracket | MS, clamp Ø 90 mm |
| Finish (MS parts) | Zinc plating + olive green powder coating |
Square MS base plate with gusseted socket and four bolt-down holes for stable free-standing installation.
Clamp bracket secures the mast body to a vehicle side, so the system travels mounted and deploys on arrival.
Mast head accepts antennas, sensors, cameras and surveillance equipment within the rated head load.
